A few things I've built.

Payments infrastructure for banks and government, then engineering leadership across construction, beauty, and oil & gas. I wasn't the only engineer on these, but I was there for the architecture and the delivery.

IT Consortium GH

Software for governments, banks, and payment platforms, from architecture to production.

Payments infrastructure most people use without knowing it exists: a bulk payment API, a daily reconciliation service, a digital wallet, USSD checkout, and a reusable USSD framework so new apps didn't mean rebuilding the plumbing.

One of those platforms was ghana.gov, the government's digital payment gateway. It has processed GH¢210bn+ in public payments since 2021. It runs on IT Consortium's Transflow network, Ghana's largest payment aggregation platform, which averages around US$10M in transaction value a month.

These were separate projects at different points in my time there, not all at once. Some I built solo; for others I hired the engineers and led the team through delivery. Either way, I was the one responsible for getting the software shipped.
